We strongly recommend that you use our interactive questionnaire online. It’s the quickest way to get a response to your complaint because it prompts you to provide all the necessary information as you submit your complaint.

To ensure reasonable access to the CCTS, particularly for persons with disabilities, we may accept complaints by telephone. Please be prepared to provide us with all of the required information contained in Information we need to help you. If you want to make a complaint by phone, call us at 1-888-221-1687.

Video Relay Service (VRS)
Customers who prefer can contact us using VRS. Our customer service agents are trained to interact with customers and the VRS operator to help customers file their complaints or obtain information.
